Stress can be negative & positive stress?
Example of positive effects of stress :
When we want to finish a task in different way in the time bomb. Let say we only have 1 day to finish our assignment, the positive stress will pull out all our effort, power spirit and our body in order to finish it in one day left.
Example of negative stress :
When a people is experiencing chronic stress, they not sleep comfortably. This will drive them to a body and mind problem.
Above is only 2 different type of stress. There are many positive & negative stress outside. Just google it for yourself...:)
